Our Food Programs support your access to fresh, nutritious foods while also strengthening local farmers and food vendors. We do this through produce prescriptions, food distributions, and by increasing places where you can get nutritious food in your community.
Community Gardens
Start a garden box at one of our community garden sites and grow fresh produce for you and your family. We offer hands-on gardening workshops and wellness education to support healthy living and build community connections.
El Mercado
El Mercado is a lively community farmers’ market where you can shop for fresh, affordable fruits, vegetables, and local foods. It supports small farmers and brings neighbors together with wellness resources and fun educational booths.
Mini Mercado
Located inside our office, Mini Mercado is a welcoming food hub where patients can access fresh and nutritious produce. Soon, the market wiill also accept EBT and WIC, with special matching benefits to help your food dollars go further.
