Join us and learn skills you can start using right away. Our Healthy Lifestyle Classes are designed to help you better understand chronic conditions and build simple, everyday habits that support your well-being.

Each session focuses on practical skills you can use at home to take care of your health with more confidence. Classes are interactive, easy to follow, and held in a supportive environment where you can ask questions.

All classes are free and open to the community.
